Guinnessman (88), VACAVILLE, California, USA May 27, 2008 Good hefe with a nice aroma and a frothy head. Has a hint of banana and lemon. Baadstorp (55), Århus, Denmark May 26, 2008 very nice weisbeer easy to drink smooth taste with a hint of yeast and lots of fruit tclowans (19), rolling meadows, Illinois, USA May 24, 2008 pours a hazy orange with a very long lasting head. nose of sour orange. fruity/vegital flavor. not really that impressed, no complexity. this isn’t my favorite style so maybe that’s the problem pumpmaster (474), Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA May 24, 2008 12 ounce bottle purchased at Total Wine Fort Lauderdale, FL for $1.79 Very good. NJDevilz69 (22), Absecon, New Jersey, USA May 21, 2008 This is one of the best German Hefe’s I have ever had. Pours a nice yellow color, lasting head. Wonderful aromas of banana and citrus. Flavors of banana, also vanilla. Recommend this to anyone looking for a refreshing beer. Hinez57 (129), Clinton, Mississippi, USA May 21, 2008 Bready, phenolic, slightly sour nose. Beautiful slightly cloudy with big white head. Wonderful straignt forward flavor dominated by CLOVE, clove and more CLOVE. If you don’t like clove, you won’t like this bier... except that I don’t like clove but love this bier... it’s that good. Flavor lacks complexity, has a good wheat base. Awesome mouthfeel, lively but not watery at all. Overall an exceptional southern German wheat bier. Excellent example of style. Freising (2), Delft, Netherlands does not count May 19, 2008 Beautiful dusty colour. Soft round taste leaves a feeling of summer oin the cornfields. Best weissbier I ever tasted.
