A moderate aroma of yeast, along with some banana sweetness and clove spice. Flavor is sweet throughout with just a nice amount of spice. Nice multidimensional flavor without being too complex. Light and creamy mouthfeel. Definitely one I would drink again. kidmartinek (975), austin, Texas, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Apr 30, 2008 Pours golden yellow only a little cloudy, you can still see through it. Large white head that lasts 4 minutes. aroma of wheat, yeast, and citrus. Flavor is medium wheat, yeast, and sweet water. Slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Clean finish. Pretty damn good, but a bit sweet, some wood tone, and empty fizz. HermanW (623), Coevorden, Netherlands

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 10/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 26, 2008 A- Peachy orange in color with a massively fluffy, pillowy off white head.
S- Smells sweet and spicy with hints of banana, orange and citrusy fruits.
T- Very light on the palate but beautifully well balanced. A touch of sweet banana bread and other subdued fruit flavors. I like that the fruits are not overpowering in this beer, yet complement each other perfectly.
M- Mouth feel is very carbonated and light. I sometimes find certain hefeweizens leave a sticky undesirable coating in my mouth and are just too sweet which was not at all the case with this brew. Very refreshing.
D- One of the best wheat beers I have tried so far, intoxicatingly drinkable and very light. LilBeerDoctor (1490), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 23, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden color with a large white head. Aroma and flavor of spices (the spices are especially present when the beer is fresh...of the hefes that I’ve had, it has the most spices). Also your traditional hefe flavors of banana and some light fruits. A good hefe, probably one of the best. naivepegasus (183), USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Apr 23, 2008 Pours a hazy orange with about two fingers of off-white rapidly dissipating head. Heavy yeast tones in the odor, and I smell orange and pear. Very watery mouthfeel, that goes into a general sweetness with a little taste of banana that drinks incredibly smooth. I’m not the biggest hefewizen guy, but this is probably the best I’ve had. villevav (7), Finland does not count | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 23, 2008 A very delightful German Hefeweizen. A fruity aroma with some banana and yeast. Top of its class. andyblaz (7), New York, New York, USA does not count | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 19/20 | Apr 22, 2008 Could be a bit more crisp. Awesome though overall. Orange, Pear, Apple notes on the yeast. Poured a two finger foam glass. Picked up from my local supermarket. Great Heff!
