Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

On Tap. Pours a deep cloudy amber with one the nicest heads I’ve ever seen on a beer. The aroma slight citrus and banana with some subtle floral notes. The flavor is superb. Clean, dry citrus, banana, a sweet yet refreshing floral component, nice wheat/malt backbone to support it all. The palate is equally excellent, on the thick and creamy side for a hefe, but with just enough carbonation to keep the beer truly refreshing. This is a really great beer. Go drink one now.

Bottle pours a cloudy golden color with a foamy white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, and spices. Taste is floral, fruity, with lots of wheat. Decent carbonation from the yeast.

Crazy head. Aroma: Some citrus, a little bit of banana, and floral spice aspect. Yeast gives it a little kick. Taste: Starts pretty bland, then an earthy, floral taste comes in. Finish falls flat and dirty. Palate: This is surprisingly, very watery and thin.

Nice, fresh scent with a touch of banana and citrus. Has a great, bright yellow-orange hazy look, as I think a wheat beer should. White fully head, but doesn’t result in any real lacing. Taste is classic hefe, with a crisp, citrusy taste. Slight bitter aftertaste, but clean. Good example of this style, but at the same time there’s nothing substantially unique about it.

...bottle.Great overall, one of the best out there. Flavor is there with the cloves and slight, not overpowering banana. Citrus notes are there, nice pillowy white head with great lacing. Hints of candied sugar, sweet malt, and yeast leave you ready for another, one of my all-time favs.

Draught: Aroma of spices, coriander, and banana. Poured gold in color with a small white head that diminished quickly. Very hazy; almost opaque. Lightly sweet flavor. Tastes of bubblegum, coriander, heavy spices, and mashed potatoes. Medium body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Spiced finish.

This is the standard by which all other wheat beers should be judged. The aroma is a perfect blend of banana and clove. The yeast sediment is perfect for the roll and pour. No finer Wheat beer in the world.
