Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

...bottle.Great overall, one of the best out there. Flavor is there with the cloves and slight, not overpowering banana. Citrus notes are there, nice pillowy white head with great lacing. Hints of candied sugar, sweet malt, and yeast leave you ready for another, one of my all-time favs.

Draught: Aroma of spices, coriander, and banana. Poured gold in color with a small white head that diminished quickly. Very hazy; almost opaque. Lightly sweet flavor. Tastes of bubblegum, coriander, heavy spices, and mashed potatoes. Medium body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Spiced finish.

This is the standard by which all other wheat beers should be judged. The aroma is a perfect blend of banana and clove. The yeast sediment is perfect for the roll and pour. No finer Wheat beer in the world.

Been looking to try this one for a while...pours a orangey-golden with an intense head typical of a Hefe. Aroma is very wheaty, citrusy (banana), with good levels of spice (mostly clove, some coriander). Flavor is best described as ’clean’...and this is a beautiful Hefe! Very sweet with banana, a fairly healthy amount of bubble gum, a bit of tartness, lots of wheat, lemon, and definitely some good spice, mainly clove. Slightly more oily on the palate than most Hefes I’ve had in the past. Could drink these all the time, summer or winter! There’s a reason this is such a highly rated Hefe. If this were renamed Weihenstephaner Barrel Aged Hefe Weissbier, this would be a top 50 brew!

Pours a light cloudy yellow with a fizzy head. Aroma is mostly funk. Tastes of citrus, sour tart, wheat. Finishes with a sharp lemon taste on the palate. Carbonation is solid.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with thick, bubbly head. Aroma is rising dough, graininess. Flavor is lightly sweet, fluffy bread, mild bubblegum, allspice, earthy notes. Very light bitterness in the finish. Palate is full, creamy, lively with carbonation.

Orange /yellow pour, large bubbly head, good carbonation, head settling down but will last well.Aroma rich wheat a toffee note or brown sugar, malted barley sweetness.Flavour very sweat wheat, sure it,s coriander in there, mellow orange a bubbly sensation on the tongue(on the palate).Finish has the sensation, bubbly sweet, dry.A different wheat drink from them in a way, very pleasant.

The only disappointment i had with this brew was it was too thin and light on the palate. Poured a nice hazy amber hue with a frothy white head which faded to a thin coating. Aroma was very fruity banana notes some spice too it.Flavor was mostly sweet but had some nice bread like notes throughout.
