Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Bottle 0.5 l. Cloudy yellow, big white head. Nose is yeasty, a bit sour and wheaty. Flavor has wheat, yeast, some spiciness and sour acidity. Maybe a bit of citrus peel. Not much sweetness. Not as good as I would’ve hoped, too sour.

Poured to a golden beer with aromas of yeast and wheat. The palate was exceptionally smooth and had a good yeast and spicy flavor. Good beer.

This beer pours a cloudy yellow with a large white head. WOW! Take one whiff and the aromas just overtake you! Bananas, cloves, all the things you expect from a true german hefe! Then you take a sip and enjoy all those wonderful things that make the german hefe such a great beer! The flavors of course emulate the aroma, bananas, cloves, etc... this is one well crafted beer and is an exemplary testimony of what a german hefeweizen should be! Cheers!

Pours a cloudy gold with a big white head. Fantastic aroma of yeast and banana, with hints of clove and hops. Slightly sweet and citrusy flavor, with the banana showing up again. A nice medium palate rounds out this deicious hefe.

Served comfortably chilled from a 500ml bottle. Hazy, orange body with a thin, white head. Spicy aroma of cloves and some sweet fruits. Sweet, late banana flavour mixed with citrus fruits that help to counter some of the sweetness. Wheaty and spicy aftertones. Foamy mouthfeel. Well balanced weizen (Linköping, 26.01.2008).

Here’s a beautiful golden looker, with a wonderfully suspended cloudiness throughout, just below it’s modest head. The taste is a little too subtle to make it a favorite of mine, perhaps a little more citrus is what I’m looking for.
