Hoppy citrus, banana, and a sharp fruitiness in the aroma. Taste of sweet banana and wheat with a slight tanginess. Perhaps a bit thin at the start. Aroma of plum sauce and bananas with faint notes of cloves, pears, melon, and wildflowers. Full flavor of malt / wheat with notes of tangerine peel, cloves, bananas, and an innuendo of pineapple with a finish that is like cantaloupe. Hey Hefe lovers, check this one out. Aroma is sweet, fruity, estery, banana, cloves, citrus, coriander and yeast. Flavour is full and mouthfeel is thick and smooth.Crisp, dry finish. The best hefeweissen I’ve had. Lovely.
