Cracking example of the style. Pours a lovely hazy gold with big white head. Aromas of banana, clove and yeasty bread. A slight sour sweetness builds as it goes down, and has a great finish leaving you wanting more.

Colour: Bright golden yellow.
Nose: Wheat, citrus, orange, coriander, cereal.
Flavours: Fruits (banana, orange peel), herbs, toast, yeast. Smooth with just a hint of bitterness (very subtle). This adds to the complexity of the palate.
Finish: Long, mellow, fruity and fresh. Thirst-quenching.
Verdict: The Hefeweizen against which all others should be measured. Truly amazing.

Pours a translucent straw colour with white head that thins. Smells of fruit, citrus, and bananas. Crisp. Tastes crisp. Hints of fruit. A nice wheat beer!

0.5l bottle. Hazy orange body, long lasting white head. Aroma of banana, lemon zest, a hint of toast, bread and pepper. Taste of banana, caramel, bread and pepper with some floral hoppyness in the finish. Very good beer that’s for sure.
