COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Pours a cloudy straw yellow with thick white head, decent lacing. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, clove, and some slight citrus. Flavor matches well and is suprisingly full bodied. Very solid hefe.

Pours a beautiful, hazy, sunny, peach pulp color, with a dense, stable head. Smells of ripe banana, red apple skin, together with grassy hops and white pepper. Banana shines through beautifully, while balanced by the hops and a coppery whiff, remaining the beers enjoyable balance. Drinks incredibly smooth, carried by soft yeast, feels utmost silk on the palate, while providing enough carbonation to create an refreshing impression. Begins with cakey malts, clove, honey and a fantastic yeast smoothness, establishing the beers world-class mouthfeel. While the spices are prominent, they do get tamed by earth, a glimpse of oak and the grassy, slightly herbal hops. Finishes with young banana, more clove and honey, while the hops provide a pleasant, refreshing herb presence. The interplay between noteable carbonation and euro hops turns out great, as the beer don’t need no bitter hop punch to balance the sweeter spices, but uses the metallic qualities from the carbonation to create a short, refreshing burn, taming the sweeter ingredients of the brew. As easy as this drinks, as convincing is the beers receipt, showcasing a truly well made Weissbier, which leaves a refreshing, perfectly balanced impression on the palate.

Perfect appearance. Aroma of banana, cloves and notes of yeast like wheat dough in bakery. Crisp taste with lemon fresh finish. Perfect.

Out of bottle. Always to be a bit hazy. Nice yeast and banana note. In the mouth a bit more crisp than expected but nice fine carbonation. Finished with a suggestion of citrus, almost sour orange?

Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. Takes a while to pour because the head is so big. Aroma is fruity malt with citrus and bananna, spicy yeast profile with some cloves. Creamy mouthfeel. Light malty start with fruity notes. Some citrus flavors. Finishes with a spicy yeast and light clove . I am not at all a fan if this style but I could drink this one all summer .

From a bottle. Pours an orange-yellow and makes a thin white head. Aroma is of wheat and yeast. Tastes of citrus, light malt and wheat. A very good example of the Bavarian white genre. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma of bananas and yeast, typical cloudy yellow color with a creamy white long lasting head, not too sweet and while the banana notes are clearly present I found the citrus to be more noticeable. Fades to a lightly better taste with a very nice after taste. I’m a Weissbier fan and this is one of my favorites.

Bottle. One the best in its style. Yellow-orange colored, hazy almost opaque with a full frothy white head it starts of as a delight for the eye. Rich aromas of banana and yeast play on the nose. However, the real distinction is the really balanced and harmonic composition once the Weisse touches the tongue. The taste light sweet. The rich flavors of fruit, yeast and wheat are embodied in a medium body with medium carbonation, witch keeps it refreshing and crisp. The mouth feel is very smooth and turns into a very just slightly bitter finish, which is followed by a great and really pleasant aftertaste. Strongly recommended.

Aroma: Banana, citrus, hop, yeast. Appearance: Turbid golden beer with a white head. Taste/Palate: Banana at the beginning and a bit of citrus at the end. The perfect balance is what makes this amazing. Overall: Simply the best weizen quality-wise.
