Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Hazy orange with thick lasting foam. Yeast and peppery spices to the nose. Also some banana. Probably the best in this category.

Bottle, o.5l. Hazy golden colour with big, creamy white head. Average carbonation. Aroma of yeast and banana. Taste follows the aroma, sweet with hints of spices and bitterness at the end. Overall excellent refreshing beer. A true example of the style.

(50 cl bottle in rocks-glas.) Light, clean wheat aroma with that sweet fruity vanilla bouquet reminiscent of a Weiss. The taste is great. Full with a fint of smoke curled up with banana and sweet orange.

This beer is highly available , true to its tradition, quite quaffable , very tasty, pairs well with many foods, and is sorts bananas .......i would call it the best beer that isn’t specially "crafted" i call it.. Like infused beers and ales or stouts with coffee added.. either way...its great and most women like it also! The appearance of this beer is supreme! pillowy layers of whip cream type foamy head topples it if poured accurately. The nose is of bananas ,bubblegum , cloves , and wheat malt or bread. The taste is similar ,emphasizing on that clove-spice and carbonation that doesn’t lack. Mouthfeel on this is complexly versatile with brunch food or smoked meats and cheeses being its perfect palatable match-up. Prost~!

bread, dough, toast, banana, clove, pepper. quite gentle but pleasant and well balanced. pale, cloudy, white foam, frothy, lacy. light sweetness, lightly bitter, bread, dough, banana, clove, pepper. Nicely balanced and not overbearing. light body, slick feel, creamy, lively, long smooth finish. Had this one on tap and in bottle several times and I keep returning to it.

Bottle. Cloudy, nice lasting small head. Aroma is yeasty banana, cloves and coriander. Taste is the same, but includes more spices and some hoppy notes. This is the best weissbier.

Very nice white beer. Enough creamy head and not very clear apparence. Some hops and malts and long lasting aroma on palate. A good one to drink.

"My new favourite Weizen. Nose has baked banana/apple and clove ester notes that you would expect, and also a funky whiff of prawn cocktail crisps (“Skips”) that you wouldn’t. Don’t know how much of that is due to this bottle being six months past its ‘best before date’. Very creamy mouthfeel – fuller than Frankiskaner Hefe (sampled simultaneously) – almost bringing to mind vanilla/custard. Slight bitter (aniseed/fennel) vibes floating over a longish finish. " En effet, une hefe weizen typique mais aussi puissante et racée, à mille lieux d’une Paulaner beaucoup plus fade.
