Taste doesn't need alcohol. Thanks to the gentle process for removing alcohol, which we developed in the brewery in collaboration with the TU Munich-Weihenstephan, our non-alcoholic yeast wheat beer offers you everything you expect from a premium beer. And you don't have to be worried about driving.

Countbeer (4078) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - NOV 2, 2010
Bottle: Big white foamy head on top of a hazy orange beer. Smell is a mix of wheat, puke, malts and spices. Taste is luckily better: malts, wheat, spices. Better aftertaste than the regular alcohol free/low alcohol beers.

saxo (13483) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - OCT 5, 2010
Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt and some fruity yeasty notes. Quite watery and lacks the fullness of a regular hefe.

a bit too sour, acid and crisp, but quite good for a non alc. also not so far from the light hefe weiss with alc.

LoFi (1525) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 20, 2010
Hazy yellow, large white head. Aroma: spices, roasted chickpeas. A bit thin, as expected, and feels less carbonated than the version with alcohol, otherwise quite similar in taste, acidity, cloves. Not bad.

gyllenbock (4091) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 17, 2010
Bottle. Appearance was very similar to the regular Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier. The aroma also recalled wheat beer with the characteristic elements of citrus, banana and spices. Albeit weaker. As expected, the taste could not quite match a "real" wheat beer, the beer was thinner and less tasty but far from a disaster. A pretty good non-alcoholic beer, I think, by far the best I’ve been drinking. Had some character after all.

Svesse (5908) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAY 8, 2010
(Bottle) Cloudy golden colour with huge, frothy, off-white head. Grainy, malty nose with notes of mashed banana, clove, yeast, grain and bread. Malty, slightly fruity taste with wheat, a touch of yeast, banana, clove and a hint of citrus. Thin body, mainly dry. Actually a quite nice non alcohol beer with a lot of hefeweizen character. Won’t hesitate to drink this again.

culchiem (2314) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAY 5, 2010
Looks like a normal weissbeer with a large long lasting head. Aroma and taste are thinner than the fuller version but a good low alcohol beer

Sigmund (4830) - Tau, NORWAY - APR 8, 2010
500 ml bottle, bought in Sweden. ABV is 0.5%. Golden colour, slightly hazy, huge white head. The aroma has some hefeweizen notes of banana and cloves, but also hints of the more typical n/a beer notes like over-boiled vegetables and baby porridge. Not quite as bad as many other n/a beers, though. The mouthfeel is thin, as expected. The bland flavour has some weak notes of citrus and wheat malts, hardly any noticeable hops.

konstifik (573) - SWEDEN - APR 7, 2010
Hazy yellow-orange with a big frothy white head that lasts for a long while. Looks pretty much like any other weissbier. Typical weissbier aromas of citrus, dough, banana and clove spiciness, they are just a bit weak. Taste is also typical weissbier with light sweetness and sourness. A bit thinner body and maybe slightly watery, but overall this is very good for an alcoholfree beer.
