Bottle: pours a cloudy burnt orange with a thick, frothy head, sweet aroma of banana, caramel and malt, taste is yeasty, malty and smooth. Nice weizen.

Aug 3, 2008 Bottle. Quite yeasty, some smell of bananas, light bread. Large white creamy head, long lasting; cloudy red-brown body. Light acidic and sweet taste, rather short duration. Light to medium body, dry and light creamy texture, lively carbonation; later on it gets unfortunately too watery.

Aug 2, 2008 Pours a huge frothy creamy head. Dark. amber in color. Aroma of bread. Very light oily mouthfeel. Almost watery. Faint bitter finish. Probably would not buy again.

Jul 31, 2008 Cloudy, dark amber beer with a small tan head. Aroma is banana. Flavor is fruit and bread. Finish is very faint banana and wheat. Nice flavors, but not as present as I’m looking for in a dunkel.

Jul 30, 2008 A light murky brown with an average head. Sweet wheat malty ester aroma that’s a little too subdued. Toasty caramel and ester flavour, fruity finish, more banana then many dunkelweizens. Nice and refreshing.

Jul 20, 2008 Decent beer. pours a dark copper colour, tan head, medium sized. aroma is sweet, carmel, toffee and almonds. mouthfeel is light, slightly watery. finish is weak.
