Bottle pours a slight hazy honey amber color with a huge foamy beige head. Looks great and smells great too. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, malt, and spices. Delicious flavor of caramel malt, banana, wheat, and cloves. Smooth mouthfeel.

Jul 16, 2008 Bottled. Pours amber and toilet shit brown with a light urine tinge and a dirt white head. Mofo reaks of bread and possibly some yeasty vag. Flavor is well malted with banana, banana bread, and some spices. Body is well malted.

Jul 14, 2008 [Bottle] Pours a cloudy gold with a medium tan head. Aroma is wheat, yeast, caramel, and maybe a little musty. Flavor is nicely sweet, with a lot of tart wheat, caramel, raisins, and a little bit of vinous notes.

Jul 13, 2008 Pours into a Kapuziner weissbier glass a murky chestnut body with an immense tan head. Good retention and lots of clingy patch lacing. Aroma is fresh baked brown bread, spicy hops, dark fruits, ripe banana, and a hint of clove. Very creamy on the palate, with low medium carbonation and a medium body. Taste is very bready, with notes of tangy wheat, spicy hops, bubblegum, ripe banana and some clove. Dark dried fruits underneath. Very tasty!

Jul 11, 2008 The aroma is caramelized orange zest and mild dried dark fruits with some mild herbal spice, it has a nice burnt orange cloudy body with a 2 finger white head, lacing is moderate, tastes like a hefe with a vinous wine like character, like an earthy spanish tempranillo with the citrus zest and spice. I give this good marks because it’s better to me than a regular hefe, which isn’t my favorit style unfortunately. It failed my kit-kat test though. :(

Jul 11, 2008 Bottle. Poured a brownish see-thru color with lots of foamy head, good lacing too. The aroma has raisins, brown sugar, malt, yeast, and mild hops. The appearance is hazy red brown with a medium-large head that is persistent. The flavor has raisins, lightly toasted malt, caramel, spices, and licorice. The palate is on the thin side. This is a good tasting beer that is just too weak.
