COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2007 clean beer from "the world’s oldest brewery", foamy soft head, dry finish. Nice for a change every now and then.

In Bottle while in Florida, last winter - pours very clear yellow. Almost flat. Probably good with a meal, as noted, but on it’s own, it’s no comparison to a nice Hefe or Dunkel Hefe.

Clear yellow, lots of carbonation, and a foamy white head. Lighter aroma of wheat, bananas, and bubblegum. A clean taste of banana, yeast, wheat, and some citrus. Dry finish. Very refreshing, light beer. Nice.

what a stupid marketing ploy. this is a weihenstephaner hefeweizen without the yeast (duh). totally clear, slightly less banana aroma, slightly less flavor overall. retarded beer.

Pours a pale gold with tiny fast-rising bubbles with a medium frothy white head, diminishes somewhat. Aroma is sweet wheat yeast (dough) and malt (straw, hay, grain) with notes of hops, bananas and spices. Wheat, dough and malt flavor, slightly acidic, some sweetness then slight sourness at the end. Light bodied, fizzy-foamy and slightly dry palate.

You want weissbier? This is it. Beautiful aroma and a flavor which makes you breath the smell of the German fields where the ingredients flourish...

Clear and extremely bubbly - has a big white, foamy head. This one has a crisp, light flavor...great for summer.

Pale gold and crystal clear with a foamy white head. Big fruity hop aroma heavy on the banana, as you’d expect. Light maltiness and more fruit coctail flavor featuring, what else, banana. The beer has a very long finish but is crisp and clean on the palate. It was the perfect beer for the record-breaking heat today.

bottle, light and clear, nice and refreshing, the finish is slightly tart, but all around great beer, and it just really taste fresh and light.
