COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Bottle from Cost Plus. Popping the cap on my 62nd of the 65 beer styles! Opening the bottle gives a slight impression of skunkiness. Poured in a tall weizen glass, I get a pale straw color, very little haze, with a thin head. Still, there’s a little weizen taste of banana and clove, and a bit of German hop, otherwise a very light beer taste.

Not as complex as the hefe version but this is a very attractive beer, head dies rather too quickly tho, fresh fruity aroma and a clean refreshing flavour...lovely beer.

Geiserich (3677) - Linz, AUSTRIA - JAN 7, 2005
Bottled:
Aroma has strong notes of wheat, is fruity and sweet. Clear golden color, big head, fizzy carbonation. Soft malty, medium sweet, some clove notes, light peppery. The finish is something weak and light astrigent. O.K. Kristall, but i prefer the ’Hefeweizen’ style.

Clear gold and looks a bit like a bog standard pale larger. Wheat beer nose but somewhat more subdued than the Hefenweizen. Palate confirms with a flavour profile that seems slightly dilute (again when compared to the stablemate) but still a handy drop.

Great aroma, very inticing. Clean taste of wheat and light subtle hop flavor. Clean finish. Nice carbonation, pale color and clean long-lasting white head. Nice wheat beer.

Bottle - 500ml. Nice golden body topped with a decent foamy head. Pleasant malty/hoppy aroma with evident flowery and citrusy notes. Well-balanced hoppy taste with grainy hints. There’s also a strong presence of yeasty flavors. Decent hoppy/bready finish. More than drinkable...

Light golden color. Large sustained white head. Aroma of banana and subtle cloves. Flavor is more banana and a smooth sweet maltiness. Finish is long and lightly crisp. Would make a great summer thirst quencher. Very nice for its style.

Very pale peach color with thick white head. Very strong nose of candied banana and light spice, almost like a fruit salad. Light weight with a dryness offset by the precieved sweetness of banana. Fruit ont eh palate with light spice and a watery(in a good way) lightness. Crisp clean and very enjoyable!
