Commercial Description:
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Bottle brown, 500 ml
Looking very bright light, bright gold, big , strong, thin head. Appearance is very nice, carbonation is vivid and giving outstanding effect. The head is of nice, milky, white colour. Flavour is similar to the aroma. Wheaty, strong smell of wheat and molted barley, being more lively thanks to intensive effervescence. Nice lacing. The aftertaste is metallic and medicinal, on palate the beer is dry.

500 ml bottle thanks to Dchmela- Pours a clear sparkling gold with a finger of white froth. Nose is of grain and lemon custard, banana, floral and spice notes. Tastes quite citrusy with a good dose of banana and a bit of clove, which leads into a bubble gum creamy finish. I liked it! Thanks Dave!

Gold filtered body with a nice white head and good carbonation that affects the feel. Clove and banana aroma. Clove dominates the flavor with some tangerine. Wonderfully refreshing and crisp. So very well crafted.

This is my first kristallweizen, and I must admit, I was a bit surprised by it. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a foamy white head. Lots of the hefe aromas, with the yeast seemingly gone. Grainy flavor, with a bit of citrus. Highly effervescent on the palate. Really quite good and refreshing.
