The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Poured into a weizen glass. 3.5 A: Clear medium yellow color. Big ass 4+ finger pillowy white head. Retention is very good, but only a few whisps of lacing are left. 4.0 S: This smells like the regular hefe without the yeast component. Lots of clove, then more clove, then clove, then peppery spiciness. Neutral wheatiness. Itís missing something without the yeastiness, but itís still pretty damn good. 3.5 T: Like the nose, the taste is missing that integral part of what makes the hefe so good. Clove, neutral wheat, and pepper. A few hints of banana. Again, still good, but not world class. 3.5 M: Medium body. Good carbonation despite the massive head. This lacks the creaminess that the regular has. 3.5 D: If you havenít noticed the theme yet, this is a shell of itís normal hefe self. Itís still a pretty damn good shell, but I donít see a reason to ever buy this if the hefe is available.

This is excellent yellow beer. The aroma absolutely bursts with notes of malt, hops, and spice in a very Belgian-like presentation. The taste continues this trend, splitting the difference between a pilsner and a helles with some Belgian qualities again. The palate is medium bodied with a note of spice at the end. Perhaps the greatest lager I have tasted.

Pours a clear straw yellow with a thick creamy head. Sweet, spicy and yeasty aroma. Banana, spice, caramel malt flavours. Slight bitterness. Medium mouth feel. A good wheat beer.

Bottle. Pours golden clear with a big foamy white head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is of wheat, malt, spice, and banana. Taste is of wheat, banana, and bready malt. Has a fair amount of spiciness as well. Lingering spicy taste with lots of banana. Mouthfeel is light and very carbonated. Easy to drink, it tastes good, and I liked it.

500ml bottle, pours clear gold, small bubbly white head. Aroma is big on banana and bubblegum, light wheatiness and caramel. Very clean and crisp with a dry light bitter finish. Light bodied, slightly oily texture, carbonation soft to average.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2015 Very good brew. All is here like perfect weizen. You doní even notice absence of yeast, and you donít believe you actually drink this crystal clear golden liquid from your glass. Maybe a bit thin body, still drinkable and refreshing.

Very well brewed but not for me. Clear yellow with a persistent creamy head and perfect carbonation. In flavor it is almost like a hefe weisse but not as nice. Probably a great accomplishment to brew a clear weisse but whatís the point if the result is not as good. The opaqueness from yeast in the bottle has never been a disadvantage of the style to me. Enjoyed drinking this but next time I will have a hefe again.

Like a Belgiany bud. Filtered clear yellow pour with high white head. Nose is Belgian yeast, esters, and simple malts. Light almost medium body with a little heft. Belgian yeast, bubble gum, lagery malts. Simple clean and nice for like $3 a bottle
