2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 6/20
Good weizen aroma: fruits, spices, yeast, wheat, sweetness and some dryness (almost like something is burning). Pours straw with nice head. Very small head never dissapears. Medium-soft carbonation. Taste: sweet, wheat, some sourness. Finish: sour with hints of wheat and sweetness. Overall: rather light beer. This one really tastes and looks like “castrated hefeweizen”. Still I’m not sure why one should drink this, when regular hefeweizen costs same and tastes a lot better.

Quite estery - easy drinker - clean palate - quite gassy - pleasant for a change from my usual hoppy pale ales.

Unusually tasty kristallweizen where many of the classic flavors managed to remain despite the filtration.
