3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
A nice clear golden yellow body, a nice frothy white head that faded down to a thin coating, nice lacing. Aroma had strong white notes, a good mix of clove, banana and some black pepper. Flavor was initially mildly sweet from the wheat. Banana and cloves really went well together and complemented the wheat notes almost beautifully. Body had some nice carbonation. Smooth and easy to drink.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
This is excellent yellow beer. The aroma absolutely bursts with notes of malt, hops, and spice in a very Belgian-like presentation. The taste continues this trend, splitting the difference between a pilsner and a helles with some Belgian qualities again. The palate is medium bodied with a note of spice at the end. Perhaps the greatest lager I have tasted.

Has a fair amount of spiciness as well. Lingering spicy taste with lots of banana. Mouthfeel is light and very carbonated. Easy to drink, it tastes good, and I liked it.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very good brew. All is here like perfect weizen. You don’ even notice absence of yeast, and you don’t believe you actually drink this crystal clear golden liquid from your glass. Maybe a bit thin body, still drinkable and refreshing.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very well brewed but not for me. Clear yellow with a persistent creamy head and perfect carbonation. In flavor it is almost like a hefe weisse but not as nice. Probably a great accomplishment
to brew a clear weisse but what’s the point if the result is not as good. The opaqueness from yeast in the bottle has never been a disadvantage of the style to me. Enjoyed drinking this but next time I will have a hefe again.
