A sea of ferns, everywhere, for as far as the eye can see. Great, gnarled trees reached upwards, in clumps, tangling branches, entwined. As we marched the clink of mail on steel echoed across the silent valley, masking the gentle roll of water sliding into the wooden carcass of the ship. Fear gripped the bravest heart. The horde awaited.

Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, spices and bananas.

Head: off-white, big, creamy, avg. retention. Colour: yellow, clear.
Aroma: banana, clove, some sourness. Taste: more spicy than sweet, clove, some fruit, some CO2 sourness.
Smells like a real weisse, but the CO sourness is a bit disturbing. As expected, the lack of yeast, loses it some body, but gains in drinkability.

Pint nine bottle shared. Poured a light hazy yellow color with big white frothy head that lingers nice bright wheat aroma with malt. The flavor is sparkling clean or should I say evervescent. Nice malt black one followed by the wheat and carbonation. Very good.

Yellow clear pour. Big white head that lasts. Aroma of eggs yeasty dough spicy rye. Tastes sweet and spicy and wheaty and bubblegumy and like ozone. A bit syrupy on the palate, but it also has a nice lactic mouthyfeel. Deserves to be drunk.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with plenty of white head. Decent retention and some thin lacing. Aroma is wheaty, sweet, grainy/cereal, mildly fruity. Flavor is wheaty, very sweet, mild banana, with a sweet, banana, wheat finish, almost little too sweet for my liking. Moderate carbonation, light to medium body, and crisp texture, quite drinkable. A light, sweet wheat beer.

16.9 oz bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a transparent gold with fluffy white head that dissipates into lacing fairly quickly. Smells doughy and wheaty with a touch of clove and banana; similar to a hefe, only milder. Tastes like it smells with a nice, crisp mouthfeel. Not bad.
