500ml bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 26-09-2015.
BBD: 06-05-2016.
In short: watery "wheat" ale.
Pours quite hazy deep gold-orange with frothy off white head, long retention, good lacing. Smells of cereal and spices. Light bodied, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is cereal, malty, some spicy, quite dull and watery, boring "beer".

500ml bottle into weizen glass. Slight grainy hop nose. Crystal clear golden amber beer with towering solid white head. High carbonation. Watery taste with slight sour finish. Looks great, tastes ordinary.

Was soll man groß sagen ?

Split 3-ways.

Appearance: Clear bright golden with a small persistent white head and little lacing.

Aroma: Raisins and fruits forward with skunky notes, grains and herbal presence.

Taste: Very similar to the aroma plus some raisins sweetness. Skunk, cereals, herbal notes and moderate fruitiness.

Palate: Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Raisins finish.

Overall: I hope this is just a bad bottle because I’m used to top quality stuff from Weiheanstephaner and this is nowhere near to a good beer. I had their Hefeweissbier Alkoholfrei (bought from the same source) a week or so ago and it was really good so this is really disappointing. Skunky, raisins forward and plain bad.

Bottle shared. Clear pale gold pour with tenacious white head. Aroma is fruity, grainy, light grape, flour. Bready flavor, light grapes, flour. Palate is light, watery. Meh.
