A good beer takes time. The long lager time makes our pale beer a matter of mild, flavourful beer enjoyment. Brewed in accordance with a centuries-old beer tradition on Weihenstephan Hill.

Draft @ Taco Mac Kennesaw. Overall impression was good for an easy drinking lager, but the weakest of the Weihenstephaner lineup that I’ve had. Pours as crystal clear golden color with with short lasting head. Smell is light grassy, grains and very mild hop aroma. Taste is much the same with straw as well. Decent session lager.

Clear golden. Nice frothy white head. Nose and flavor is pale malt and noble hops. Light body. Crisp and refreshing, easy drinking. Nice sweetness to balance mild brassy bitterness. A nice traditional beer.

Bottle. Pours pee yellow with thin white head that dissipates. Heavy carbonation over mild malt aroma. Nice German lager with malt and mild hop finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from shelf aroma, pours a clear gold with almost no head but a steady stream of bubbles. Aromas of noble grassy hops. Very light on the malt. Taste is semi dry and slightly bitter. Flavors of grass clippings and light pepper. Very thin mouthfeel. Finishes with a honey like taste and slight disappointment. Meh.

The head on the beer dissipated rapidly after the pour. The aroma is a little like hay or grassy but not unpleasant. It has a golden color and goes down smoothly. Nothing special but a nice crisp beer.

From bottle. Clean gold with small white head in glass. Big cereal nose. Some hay. Honey notes. Inviting. Taste is refreshingly robust. Not complex, just more than expected for style. Dry mouthfeel. Nice carbonation. This is a beer made for a hot day.
