Commercial Description:
A good beer takes time. The long lager time makes our pale beer a matter of mild, flavourful beer enjoyment. Brewed in accordance with a centuries-old beer tradition on Weihenstephan Hill.

Clear pale yellow color with white head that dissipated quickly.Has a malty aroma with a slight bit of hopps in it.A light malty flavor with a slight touch of honey and some hops.Overall not a bad beer but not really one of my favorite styles. Nothing really stood out to me.

Pours bright gold into a stein. Bright white head quickly subsides to hug rim. Sweet honeyed malt aromas. Soft with upfront caramel and honey and a medium length mild hop finish. Quite sessionable.

(Bottle). Iconic "beer" aroma of malt, hops, bread, yeast. Golden yellow in color, with a bright white fluffy head. Flavor is smooth, light sweetness, and a mild hops bite. Smooth finish. Gotta love the idea that this beer has been brewed in essentially the identical way by Weihenstephaner since the year 1040.

Bottle. Pours clear and golden with thick white head. Light hops and slight fruit to the aroma. Sweet to the tongue, slight bitter at the end. Nice and clean.
