Commercial Description:
A good beer takes time. The long lager time makes our pale beer a matter of mild, flavourful beer enjoyment. Brewed in accordance with a centuries-old beer tradition on Weihenstephan Hill.

Pale golden with a mild, sweet, corny aroma. Notes of citrus and malts and has a mild bitter finish

Clear, straw-colored pour, medium head. Decent enough flavor for a lager, but nothing special.

(bottle) Pours nice frothy white head over a cloudy piss yellow. Ummmm. Anyway the aroma is of yeast and barley and smells natural. Flavor is very small and water dominates. Flavor of yeast dominates with almost no hop or ethonal present. Not bad, but boring.

Gusher. Maybe this beer needs to be stored at ridiculously cold temps? Pours a clear pale yellow with a fading white head. Sweet malty and somewhat earthy nose. Light body and fine, active carbonation. Taste is lightly sweet pale malt with just a touch of cardboard. Crisp, noble hop finish.

1 pint .9 oz bottle acquired in trade (Mystery Swap v2) with shp555 (thanks!). Light gusher - all over my leg and desk. Poured a light and clear straw color with a large sized white head. Aromas of rotten vegetables, grains, and light honey. Tastes of watered down grains and honey. Body thin and watery. Was this bottle off (note the gushing and lower rating)?

Bottle, 5.1%. Acidic/sour aroma. Clear yellow colour, unstable white head. The flavour is mild, malty and slightly acidic. Low bitterness. Not too exciting, but clean.

Nose was simple and acidic. Little head. Flavors of malt, grains, and some light sour fruit. Smooth finish. Not a bad beer.
