Mar 25, 2006 12oz bottle ink jet on back label: 0105-pours a big foamy white head with yellow color. Aroma is grass with that funky to it, musty grain. Taste follows, creamy.

Mar 11, 2006 A pretty decent beer. I wasn’t really in the mood for a hefeweiss, so I bought this one because of the brewery. Pours pale yellow, nice body, aroma has a bite, as does the taste. Overall a good regular beer. It went over well at the party I brought it to.

Mar 5, 2006 Clear pale yellow. Well carbonated, flavorful, and has a nice bite. Had a few of these with a plate of Yaegerschnitel and spatzel. Perfect beer for any German style cuisine.

Feb 28, 2006 Light golden yellow with quite a strong head. Distinctive wheaty aroma matches the slightly spicy wheaty taste with a smooth rounded finish.

Feb 27, 2006 (bottle) Pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head, quickly diminishing but leaving some lace. Freshly poured into the glass it has a dusty, gun-powder nose, later light sweet malty aroma with cake dough and a touch of floral hops. Sweet malty honeyish fruity taste, medium to light bodied, crispy mouthfeel, almost dry bitter fruity finish. Tasty and refreshing.
