Bottle (500ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, tupalev & jerc -- courtesy of GregClow. Pours a clear pale gold with a spare diminishing fluffy white head, Aroma of toasted caramel, bread and grain. Flavour of slightly burnt caramel, bready malt and grassy hops. Light to medium bodied. Another winner from the brewery, I’ve never had a bad or boring beer from them.

Bottle. Pours light gold with very good clarity. Medium, frothy-creamy white head, somewhat persistent with little to no lacing. Aroma is pils malt dominant with DMS notes as acceptable for style. Hop notes are spicy and earthy, reminiscent of noble varieties. Light fruity yeast notes present at end. Flavor is lightly sweet malt with pils malt being dominant. Hop bitterness balances well with the malt. Finish is malty. Medium-light bodied with medium carbonation. Smooth maltiness with no hint of astringency.

(Bottled, bought at the Brewery pub) A boring beer, with very little taste at all. I don’t know why they bother to brew this when they have other splendid beers!

Malty - sour aroma - not unpleasant - but not over appealing. Little to no head which dissipates quickly. Murky, urine-sample like appearance. Dry, malty flavor - true to the style - with a bit ouf sourness. Decent mouthfeel - goes down smooth.

Clear yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of fine hops, bit grassy, some malt. Soft bitter taste, no metallic hint. Good palate.

Bottle from Total Wine. Yellowish pour, decent white head. Aroma is full of yeast, bread, some light fruit notes and maybe a slight hint of hops. Flavor is malty and yeasty with a sweet initial flavor and finishes clean and lightly bitter. Not bad, not amazing.

Bottle. Sweet corn/barley aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet stale barley flavor - slight bitterness in finish. An okay beer but nowhere near the quality of their Hefe.

Good carbonization in a bright yellow beer. Lasting white head and lacing. Light cookie aroma. Sweet but flavour is like a mild pilsener. No strong hops or finish. Very good with a meal.
