On tap. Pours a deep golden color with a very nice fluffy white head. The aroma is pretty mild, but there are some nice bitter/floral hop notes in there. The flavor is classic German pils - a very clean, very smooth floral hop presides over a solid malt backbone before fading off into a very dry, very refreshing finish. The mouthfeel is creamy yet light, supporting the flavor very nicely. Great pilsener.

Jun 10, 2008 Had in a bottle. Average pilsner. Good with the right food (sausages, bread). Kind of watery taste but not cheap tasting. Nothing too great to get excited about if I drank it on it’s own.

May 4, 2008 golden clear with white head. flavor of munich malt but the hop finish is somewhat astringent and overpowering. an unusual pilsner that really stands upon the hop finish than the maltiness

Apr 19, 2008 (draft @ The Old Toad - Rochester, NY) Clear gold color with a thin white head. Aroma is very light with some sweetness, malts, grass, corn, and metal. Flavor is light and watery with some light malt flavor, a touch of dry hops and hay, and a sweet and slightly metallic finish. Watery and plain.
