Jul 3, 2003 The aroma is slightly sweet and malty with notes of roasted malt. The color is a deep red and it has a very beutiful off-white head. The flavor is very sweet and malty with a good palate - et ends on a slight bitterness, that lingers. A good Dunkel.

May 26, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a distinct redish glare and a lacing off-white head. Roasted malt and fruity aroma. Flavour is roasted and with a light mouldy touch towards a distinct fruity note. Sweet caramel malt base with a nice roasted note on top. Goes into a roasted acidic and mild bitter finish.
