Dedollewaitor (1825), Odense, Denmark May 13, 2008 50cl bottle: Pours dark brown with a creamy white lasting head. Aroma is sooo classic dunkel-like. Lots of caramel/toffee & breadish. Light roasted with hints of sugar. Medium bodied - good mouthfeel. Extremely drinkable dunkel.

Pours dark brown with a distinct redish glare and a lacing off-white head. Roasted malt and fruity aroma. Flavour is roasted and with a light mouldy touch towards a distinct fruity note. Sweet caramel malt base with a nice roasted note on top. Goes into a roasted acidic and mild bitter finish.
