A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!

Golden hazy body, white head. Aroma of alcoholic banana and some wheaty bread. Aroma is big, but the flavour does not keep up to it. Still one of my all time favourites.

I think there is some lemon and banana going on in here. I loved the whole drink. I actually almost got into a fight while drinking this beer, but I was able to keep my cool because of the jovial nature that this beer brought to my late night.

50cl bottle. It pours golden and unusually there is a hint of green near the bottom of the glass. The head is excellent and there is a steady stream of bubbles. The nose has bananas and a sweet toffee note. The taste has more of the bananas, some toffee and perhaps a little ginger. The palate has a very big structure, a creamy texture but unusually it refreshes at he end. Overall, this is probably my favourite weiss beer.

500 ml bottle purchased at Royal in KCMO. Pour is quite hazy, yellow golden with a three inch egg white head. Aroma is fresh clove and banana, along with a natural grain wheat. There is also a slight lemon citrus. All aromas are well balanced. Taste is citrus floral, moving towards a mineral clove, and the finishing with the wheat grain. The aftertaste is hay, straw and a warming alcohol note. As with the nose, all flavors and nicely integrated and balanced. Palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouth feel and the pleasant lingering straw and grains. Quite drinkable despite the elevated ABV. Nice brew, really clean.

On tap at Euston Tap, London. A hazy golden coloured pour with a decent white head. Sweet, yeasty aroma. Tastes yeasty, wheaty, spice, sweet, banana, apple, lemon, vanilla. Really smooth and easy to drink, I enjoyed this.

Hazed gold, large white head. Bright fruity, wheaty aroma, banana, pit fruit, yeasty spice. Softly grainy, slightly tart pit fruit flavors in the middle, more banana, spicey, yeasty finish with clove notes. A nice strong wheat beer.
