A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!

Pours a hazy light orange with a large frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, with fruits and bananas. Full bodies with dries fruits, malts, and bananas. Finish is mildly citrus with spices lingering. Very refreshing and well balanced!

Hazy straw-gold with a thick head. Alcoholic aroma has lots of esters, yeast, apples and pears. Sweet, slightly candyish with banana, light spice, hints of alcohol. Finish shows a little bit of softness. Nice balance, despite a somewhat rough aroma.

Serving: 500 ml. bottle from Wegmans. It pours a hazy, lighter gold color with a pillowy, white head. Good head retention and decent lacing. The nose is a mix of light wheat notes, some banana, yeast, and clove. The flavor mirrors the nose with a bit of alcohol present and a richer body and mouthfeel than it’s weaker cousins. Medium bodied with plenty of carbonation leading to a short to medium, crisp finish. Very nice indeed.

I poured some of my 16.9 oz bottle into a tall pub glass... The beer was a lemonade yellow color with a huge 4 inch head that was white and foamy. It smells strongly of lemon, banana, clove and wheat. Very pleasant. The taste is strong on clove and spice along with banana, lemon and wheat. There is a bit of yeast in the aftertaste. The beer is light with a ton of soft, bubbly carbonation, it is just a tad warming but I would have never guessed it to be 7.7%. No flaws in this one, it will go well with my german sausage links I just grilled.

Pours cloudy yellow with a large slowly dissipating head. Aroma is sweet, wheat and of bananas. Flavor is bananas, malt sweetness. Litlte hop bitterness. Banana flavored finish. Palate is light-medium bodied. Medium to high carbonation. Overall a really enjoyable wheat beer.

Light banana aroma with minerals and cereal grains. Big fluffy white head that settles down as it warms up to a fine lace on the slight murky pale yellow body. Definitely get the banana flavor but it’s not overwhelming like some Weiss beers. Nice light corn-like sweetness balanced by a good dose of Nobel hop bitterness and a good alcohol kick and warmth. This is followed by a light lemony sourness and creamy mouthfeel with a lingering wheat taste. This is very refreshing and easy to drink which could make it dangerous at 7.7% as the alcohol is well integrated.
