Commercial Description:
A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!

surprisingly golden for a weizen bock, large white head. moderate/high carbonation. very flavorful with some clovey esters with no discerning hop component and a very clean finish. the alochol provides a little depth. very good and unique

Pours a very slightly hazed medium yellow with a tall fluffy white head that has great retention. Aroma is strong banana, yeast, vanilla pudding, lemon, wheat and sweet malts. Flavor is creamy banana laffy taffy, wrapped in a vanilla laffy taffy but not half as sweet as either, a hint of wheat, lemon-lime soda, some fruity esters, spicy yeast, a hint of bitterness on the finish but not much. The palate is creamy smooth while still being slightly acidic. A fairly well put together brew, maybe a bit much on the banana notes for me but it was still refreshing, interesting and sweet.

Hazy yellow color with white head. Some banana notes from the wheat but more like a spicy, higher alcohol hefe. Good overall flavor. Reminds me of a wheat belgian without a strong alcohol flavor. Toned down flavor that is enjoyable. Worth a try.

Bottle in Italy. Wheaty, but with a strong alcohol character. Sourish, not easy to drink. Compared to their classic styled beers, this did not impress me at all.

500 mL bottle. 500 mL bottle. Cloudy orange with a small but sticky white head. Sweet citrus in the aroma, along with the usual wheat and spice. Less banana than some others. Flavour is sweet, with yeast and spice, and some wheat near the end. Alcohol is well hidden. Body is full and creamy, although it thins out near the end. Nicely carbonated. Above average, but not spectacular.

Quite fruity aroma with banana, citrus, and plum. 10 karat pour with a nice fluffy ivory head. Clove, sweet malt, and wheat. Not a bad beer, but probably won’t go after it again.

Poured from 500ml bottle. 51 degrees F. A light weizen bock, hazy straw/yellow color with big white head. Great banana/citrus aroma. Spicy with a nice tangy finish. 7.7% abv not noticeable. Recommended!
