Commercial Description:
A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!

Aroma: wheat clove and sweet malt with a hint of banana and alcohol. Appearance: cloudy yellow with a smallish white head that quickly flattened. Flavour: banana and clove in spades with heaps of sweet malt and some dry wheaty notes. Palate: thick and lingering banana.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts strong and yeasty, modest fruity in the background. Not too dry or sourish. Well balanced, warming finish. Really good!

16.9oz bottle. Pours a light golden yellow with a small foamy head. Aromas banana, clove and wheat. Flavors are banana, and yeasty wheat. Palate is superb. What a well crafted brew.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a light yellow with a medium white head and a sour yeast aroma. The flavor is sour with wheat malts, banana, citrus, apples, white grapes, white bread, spices (mainly cinnamon), artificial sweetener and vanilla. A sour and spicey finish. A great beer

Golden color with a wheaty-banana-yeasty aroma. Flavor of citrus, wheat, banana, and sweet bread. Nice, but a bit run of the mill for a W-Bock.

Survivorman is in the Outback and I’m sipping on this Vitus, good deal. Cloudy, dark gold pour with a large, lasting white head. Strings of lacing decorate the glass. Ripe banana aroma with orange and lemon accents. Strong yeast scent coupled by mild spice and brown sugar. Sweet and musty, this beer is lighter in body than expected and has a noticeable kick. Clean mouth feel and drinks easy for it’s strength. It’s an amped up hefe with big banana flavor and a touch of caramel. A hint of clove and prominent yeast flavors. Dry and firm, it’s a nice offering.

Appearance: Pours a hazy, pale gold body capped with a thin, fine, white head. Smell: Crisp wheat nose with fine notes of banana juice, clove spice, citrus, a small handful of cracker crumbs, and a fourth of a Vanilla Tootsie Roll. Taste: Sweet, tangy wheat malts start, followed by a drop or two of vanilla and a lemony citrus character. Plenty of fresh banana, top shelf bubblegum, and coriander. Even some apple begins the develop. Light spicy hops and bitterness. Lingering tanginess and no more than the faintest hint of alcohol on the drying finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-high, lively carbonation, yet there’s still some creaminess to the mouthfeel. Drinkability: Recommended. An expertly crafted expression of wheat. It’s tasty and really grows on you more and more with every sip. Maybe that UGADawgGuy is onto something...
