Commercial Description:
A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold color (are all their beers this same color?) with a large and lacy white head. Aroma is wheat, clove, vanilla, and slight coriander. Taste is vanilla, bubblegum, slight lemon and cinnamon/coriander at the end. The beer remains smooth throughout. Surprisingly sweet, but I liked it quite a bit.

Bottle. Pours a slight hazy light gold with a 2 finger rocky white head and spotty lacing. Nose is sweet wheat, yeast, cloves and coriander. Taste is Juicyfruit gum, cloves and wheat with some slight citrus notes. It has a semi-sweet alcohol finish. Medium, smooth mouth feel. Decent stuff, a tad sweet for my tastes but an ok beer to have once in a while.

500ml. Pours a creamy and vibrant golden yellow. Very hazy indeed with a short lived frothy white head. lots of spicy clove and tart bubblegum aroma. plenty of ester as well. slightly sweet body with a bright fruity flavor and a finish that starts spicy but ends smooth. like a good bavarian wheat but more complexity and fuller flavors. not an aventinus style dopple, but should satisfy anyone who like a real german wheat.

Bottle. Never seen this one before, thank God I saw it. Smell is awesome. Frutiy, full of bananas, lemons, a little bit of hops, no alcohol at all. Really an awesome smelling beer. Taste is sweet and fruity, easy to drink, no alcohol is detected at all. Sweet but not too sweet, very easy to drink. This one went away really quick. Something I will buy again, great stuff.

Pours a slightly cloudy pale yellow with a big thick white head that doesn’t go anywhere. Aroma is citrus and grassiness. Taste is noticeably sweet pale malt and some mild hop grapefruit and banana. Although clearly a weizen, this beer has characteristics of a Belgian tripel. Very good.

Pours gold with a slight haze and two inch bright white head. The aroma is pretty full with a solid wheat note, some ripe banana, citrus tartness, apple and a bit of grainy malts. The taste begins with wheat and quickly adding in a mild ripe note of banana. By midway apple and yeasty spice surface paving the way for mild lemon tartness. It ends with sweet apples and a resurgence of wheat. In the after taste a bit of vague hop bitterness seems to hang on for a while.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour with a big white head. Wheat is immediately apparent, slightly spicy, honeyed aroma. Tropical fruit aroma - pineapple, banana. Buttery, pastry sweet nose. Pear and banana in the flavor, basil-like mint quality. Dry, champagne bubbly finish. Lingering but light bitterness.
