A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!

Aussehen: strohgelb leicht bräunlich und opal mit schönem weißen Schaum Aroma: Banane, etwas Honig Geschmack: süß, Banane, Brot, malzig, wärmend. Trotz der fast 8% erstaunlich süffig. Kaum bitter. Stimmig

Bottle from cellarbrations super store in hami hill. pours orange with a creamy head. Body is medium with medium to high carbonation that eventually settles as it approaches room temperature. Aroma is big with wheat, cloves, slight banana and some citrus zest. Alcohol was slightly present in the aroma. Taste is just as inviting as the aroma with lots of spice. Cloves and wheat dominate with hints of cinnamon and citrus zest that finishes with a mild hoppy bitterness. Great beer especially for summer drinking!

Keg at Brewdog Camden. A cloudy pale amber colour with a thin off white head. Aroma of wheat, herbs, lemon, grapefruit, clove, banana with some sweetness and a hint of vanilla. Taste is smooth and of wheat, lemon, banana, clove, bread and yeast. Moderate carbonation and a light body. A sweet, wheaty, citrus finish. A great balanced wheat beer, high drinkability.

Poured from a 16.9 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has a nice malt and maybe caramel aroma with some spice tossed in. Appearance- This is a murky gold colored beer with a large white head. Taste- A well balanced flavor that shows wheat and a great malt flavor. Very good Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation and a crisp finish. Overall- An outstanding beer! I could drink this all the time.

Het ziet er goed uit wanneer je het uitschenkt, maar weisbier zal nooit mijn favoriete bier worden qua smaak

On tap at the Wharf in Aalborg. Aroma of banana and sour wheat. Flavor is smooth tropics pineapple and bananas. Finish is smoothly sweet spice. The fact is the only thing that could make it a lot of fun with it is not an issue that the company said in the morning and I'm still not sure what I was just about everything.

0,5L bottle (from Stockmann, Tallinn), BB 01.03.16. Pours hazy orange with huge off-white head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is very intense, fruits, citrus, wheat, some sweetness, banana. Flavor is very sweet, wheat, fruits, citrus, some bitterness in the background. Alcohol is well covered, mostly noticeable by warmness in the throat. Overall: a little bit too sweet even for me, but otherwise great weizen.
