Pours an average frothy white head that mostly diminishes. Body is yellow and hazy. Aroma contains moderate malts (light bread, hay), light hops (citrus fruits), light yeast (dough) and banana, grape, raisin, pear, pineapple, cherry, cassis, coriander, vanilla, cola and spices. Flavor is light acidic (lots of fruits), then some sweet and some bitter. Body is medium with a bit thick texture and soft carbonation. A very refreshing beer. I love it!

On tap at Blue monk. Hazy yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma is not too strong, but I’m getting some fruit, wheat, and yeast. Taste is very fruity. Banana, bubblegum, spices. Really smooth mouth feel with low carbonation.

Hazy pale amber with frothy white head. Nose is meaty citrus with lemon moving towards more of an orange aspect. Notes of refined yeast spice, faint vanilla, and light floral esters. Flavor is more of the orange-lemon citrus with light banana and faint bubblegum. Has a medium+ body but finishes with a lightly dry, carbonated finish. Lingering orange/lemon/banana. Very drinkable.

This beer’s nose combines a fruity and malty sourness with hints of yeast and clove, and the appearance combines a cloudy golden color with a sudsy white head that has no retention. The taste is quite sour and mildly sweet, which is fairly abrasive on the tongue, and the palate fuses a fizzy carbonation, thin texture, abrupt finish, and a medium body. Even if this beer was great tasting and drinkable (which it wasn’t completely), it is still weird to see these qualities in a weizen bock, for it was very reminiscent of a trippel than anything.

50 cl bottle. Pours yellow hazy with large head. Fruity (pineapple) sweet refreshing taste with and a distinct acidity. Love this beer in the summertime.
