A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!

Great smooth weizenbock. Soft body of wheat and fruity yeast, with some notes of sweet malt and nuts. Tasty.

Hazy yellow, orangish pour from draft. Citrus aroma. Taste is banana clove. Very robust Weiss beer. Finishes very strong for the style of beer. This is your grampa's hefeweizen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with full head and lots of carbonation. Aromas of lemons, banana, dough, and wheat. Flavors of candied fruit, cloves, bananas, and wheat. Creamy, foamy and fruity. Really nice.

50cl bottle @ home from Mitra. Slightly hazy pale golden color, extra big creamy white mostly lasting good lacing head. Aroma apple, caramel, cereal, parfume, banana. Taste medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, hint of umami. Light to medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, sweetish fruity finish with medium duration. Very refreshing, can’t feel the difference between this and just another weizen beer, not bad thow.

Excellente.

Hazy wheat-yellow coloured, good lasting white head. Thin but spicy aroma. Taste has the fruity (banana), soft and creamy tones of a typical German wheat beer, but accompanied by nicely spicy yeasts, and a relatively high alcohol grade. Full body, medium carbonation.

Pours a cloudy gold with stark white head. Honey, straw, lemon on the nose. Very sweet citrus notes, slightly bready, very yeasty, with plenty of honey and bananas. A very drinkable summer beer, but it?s almost too sweet.

50cl pour at Dacha Beer Garden in DC. Pours a very hazy yellow with some creamy, white head. Nose has a ton of spice, bubblegum, clove, coriander, bananas, yeast, some straw. Flavor follows right along, mellow banana, clove, white pepper, bubblegum, mild malt, a little grassy, some straw. Creamy, full bodied, spicy finish.
