A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!

First smell I had was smokey, aroma after of light banana. Light in flavor but still slightly full bodied. Soft on the palate, malty, and sweet.

Like a good heffie, but richer banana esters. The greater alcohol presence is subdued, and allows one to focus on the subtle yet enjoyable biscuit/bread notes. I’m not a huge fan of heffies over 6%, but this one would be quite nice once and a while.

Bon allez zou, je me lance.

Mouthfeel starts creamy and carbonated, finishes dry and lets the fruity flavors linger. This is a fantastic example of the style, great drinking beer.
