Bottle brought home from October trip to Franconia. Wonder blond bock.
Super clean lager with very nice malt undertones and long lagering. Crisp with just enough alcohol to let you know you’re drinking a bock. Inspired effort from good out of the way brewery.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel and dark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty spicy grainy caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy grainy caramel and dark fruit finish.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear dark golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit hayish, a hint of sweetness and the slightest touch of bitter. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle from archer road beer stop, sheffield. Light amber with small white head. Aroma is a bit bland, sweetcorn and grass, some faint fruit. Taste is dry and slighty bitter. Medium carb and body. Uninspiring.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Clear gold. Thin, bubbly, white head. Very sweet, grainy malts. Lots of fruity toffee. Taste is sweet, with a minimal hop character. Soft carbonation. Above moderate body. Finishes grainy sweet.

500 mml Bottle tasted on 23/06/2014. Clear golden with medium white persistent head. Moderate malty aroma with some caramel and grains. Taste of sweet malts and hops. Taste is balanced. Carbonation is medium and body is light/medium. Easy to drink, not enough rock and roll. Next one please!

Bottle. Golden, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate malty - lightly grainy and sweetish aroma, some caramel, light fruitiness and faint butter, light alcohol. Medium, malty - lightly grainy and sweetish flavor, light caramel and faint fruitiness with light alcohol. Finish is average, malty - grainy and sweetish, light caramel and faint butter with faint hoppyness, light alcohol. Sweetish bock with caramel - nothing special. Couls use some bitterness to balance the caramel sweetness.
