Bottle Swing top 50cl @ home.
Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, toasted, hay, bread, light hoppy, grass, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metallic. (050608)

Bottled. A yellow beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with light citrusy notes of hops, leading to a slightly bitter finish. The body is thin.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy golden yellow with a huge chalk white head. Aroma is dry grassy. Dry malty and light crisp hoppy flavoured. Dry bitter and slight grassy finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Hoppy, lightly floral nose. Medium body, sweetish malty with lovely, floral accents. Limited bitterness. Lovely. 111106

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is malts, some grains, mild grassyness as well as rather bittery floral notes. Flavour is bready malts, rather floral hoppy notes as well as some slight grassyness.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden, small head. Mid intesnity grassy hops cover a body of dense doughy malt, producing an uncomplicated mild and rounded pilsener with refreshing qualities.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear yellow with a small frothy white head and lacings. Crisp, dry, grassy and hoppy. Fine balance. Medium bodied. A good pils!

Bottle, 4.7%. Clear yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off bready, turns a little citric. A bit too bready for me, a month past BB date. OK citrus note. Nothing special.

Ceramic mug. Big herbal nose - smells great. Earthy, dry, herbal and rich with bitterness. Great, appetizing, slightly floral hop finish. Yum.

It’s golden with a white head, and the aroma has notes of malt, straw, fruit and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, citrus, fruit, flower and straw in the dry, slightly bitter finish. It’s a really nice pilsner.
