Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, fine hoppy background. More and more spicy, with some grasy notes. Finish dominated by spicy notes. Well balanced and quite drinkable.

Bottle, at Café Abseits in Bamberg, November 2006. Gold, thin white head and moderate condition. Gentle grassy hop notes in the aroma, soft sweet grainy malt in the mouth and a gentle balance of hop bitterness and grainy sweetness in the finish.

UPDATED: SEP 16, 2011 (bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. intense and gorgeous aroma of fresh wort, floral hops and grass. flavour is the same, albeit a little more subtle, with a lovely bitter herbal hop finish. medium body and carbonation. an excellent pilsener!

Bottled: Golden color, foamy head, quickly diminishing. Flavor is flowerly and hayish hoppy. Light sweet with a quite dry finish. Light grainy aroma, sweet notes and hints of hop. Tasty.

Bottle. Light golden, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light grassy - faint citrus hoppyness. Light to medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish, some grassy - light citrus hoppyness. Lightly sweetish pils - bit thin-bodied but nice hoppyness.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Dry hoppy aroma, minimally strawy undertones. Taste is monotonously dry to bitter hoppy, fairly lasting bitter hoppy finish. Drinkable, slightly anaemic.

Swing top bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear light golden colour with big head. Aroma is matl, grassy hops. Flavour is sweet malt and spicy hops. Nice one.

I’ve had this on tap at the brewery and bottled..A very clean,crisp German style Plisner with a medium body and a pleasant grassy, hoppy taste..
