Bottle. Light golden, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light grassy - faint citrus hoppyness. Light to medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish, some grassy - light citrus hoppyness. Lightly sweetish pils - bit thin-bodied but nice hoppyness.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Hoppy, lightly floral nose. Medium body, sweetish malty with lovely, floral accents. Limited bitterness. Lovely. 111106

Bottle, at Café Abseits in Bamberg, November 2006. Gold, thin white head and moderate condition. Gentle grassy hop notes in the aroma, soft sweet grainy malt in the mouth and a gentle balance of hop bitterness and grainy sweetness in the finish.

I’ve had this on tap at the brewery and bottled..A very clean,crisp German style Plisner with a medium body and a pleasant grassy, hoppy taste..

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is malts, some grains, mild grassyness as well as rather bittery floral notes. Flavour is bready malts, rather floral hoppy notes as well as some slight grassyness.

Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, toasted, hay, bread, light hoppy, grass, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metallic. (050608)

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Dry hoppy aroma, minimally strawy undertones. Taste is monotonously dry to bitter hoppy, fairly lasting bitter hoppy finish. Drinkable, slightly anaemic.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy golden yellow with a huge chalk white head. Aroma is dry grassy. Dry malty and light crisp hoppy flavoured. Dry bitter and slight grassy finish.

Bottle, 4.7%. Clear yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off bready, turns a little citric. A bit too bready for me, a month past BB date. OK citrus note. Nothing special.
