Farmhouse, barnyard flavours, caramel and sweet grain malts, alcohol, citrus fruits, lime, some tropical notes, mango. Hazy brown, small, creamy, off-white head. Light bitter. Grain and cereal malts, barnyard, alcohol, light bitterness coming up, dry finish. Nice Saison, a tiny bit on the sweet side, but very quaffable. Keg at the brewery, Hanwell.

Bottle. Golden with a white foam. Aromas are pine and lime with hints of banana. Spritzy and barnyard yeast with orange rind. Spicy with underlying caramel and floral notes. Flavours are spritzy lemony yeast with grapefruit and peppery pine. Boozy and spicy with dry woodiness. Very good.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, hoppy, peach notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hoppy, fruity, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140809]

hazy amber with cream head collapsing to lacing. Gooseberry and yeast esters on nose. Full bodied, lively carbonation, sherbet, pithy, gooseberry, fruity, bitter finish. Warming and boozy long fruity finish.

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. A cloudy dark amber coloured beer that pours with a large foamy head. It has a rich malty and spicy fruity flavour with clove notes and vanilla and lemon on the creamy, warming spiced finish. Excellent!

Firm hazy orangey golden, bushy eggshell puff of a head. Crystalline grapefruit, baking tray paper and a colleseum of peppery esther holding the nose together. Knotted blueberry, dead weight creamy lemon and a twist of mango. Lush, screwing carbonation and fading shured up mouthfeel. Crisp, scrunched bitter finish and a clammy hardass gooseberry linger. Yes.

Bottle from hop hideout, sheffield. Slightly cloudy yellow ale with healthy white head. Aroma is definitely saison like on the nose with lemon. Very dry hoppy citric Aroma when drunk. Taste is alcohol zing and dry slight sourness and Very subtle bitterness. Slight prickle and medium body.

Bottle courtesy of the brewer. Brought across the pond. Had a wonderful nelson hopped nose. Taste is a mix of the saison "spice" slight peppery and vinous characters. The only thing that would make this better would be oak barrels.
