Stouts should be thick and full bodied due to how you brew them, not because you serve them with nitrogen. Get away from the metallic nitro-kegged stouts and have a little bit of decadence in the glass. Multiple grains types and precise brewing leave decadence stout with an opulent mouthfeel and generous head. Rich with chocolate and coffee roast flavours with just a touch of oat creaminess. Treat yourself!

On keg in CBC Clapham. Opaque black with an off white foam head. Nose is black coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, little creamy, minerals. taste is fairly simple coffee, chocolate and roasted malt forward stout, with sweetness and little dryness, and some mineral notes. Lacked depth and deeper flavours but decent.

Aromat palony, kawowy, po ogrzaniu trochę suszone śliwki. Barwa czarna. Piana brązowa, drobna, wysoka, długa. W smaku głównie kawa, trochę deserowej czekolady, ale wszystko ogarnięte sporą ilością kwasowości z kawy. Goryczka średnia.

Pours black with nice tan head. Long head retention, some lacing. Roasty, coffee, chickory aromas. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste is quite bitter, smooth palate/mouthfeel, coffee, roasty and some spicy notes. Quite enjoyable.
