Pours hazy orange amber with tall white head that drops fairly quickly. Aroma of citrus, fresh tropical fruit (mango, peach), light grapefruit and pine. Taste is mild pine bitter with a citrusy bitter finish. Light, very smooth body with soft carbonation.

A disappointingly malty aroma, reminiscent of horse piss, but not in too bad a way!. Pours nicely though tends to be a bit cloudy unless poured very carefully, a light amber colour, good head. Taste is good and hoppy, medium bitterness, with lots of citrus undertones. Smooth palate, fairly full bodied, not too fizzy. It lingers well.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a slightly hazy orange gold with a one-finger head of foam that lasts mostly throughout. Pine and grapefruit on the nose with some orange and malt as it warms. Average carbonation and average body with a slightly pillowy mouthfeel. Pithy iyokan-like finish with lingering bitterness. Nice enough.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 26 Aug 2015) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, orange peel and crystal malt. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, caramel and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with balanced sweetness. A bit one-dimensional, but really tasty and well made. Nice one.

Keg at Indy Man Beer Con. A slightly hazy golden colour with a foamy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, some lemon, slight mango, subtle pine and a little biscuity malt. Taste is similar of big grapefruit, orange, some lemon, slight mango, subtle pine, a little straw and floral hops late on. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, lingering, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. A citrus lead hoppy IPA. Can taste the Munich malts too. Really good.

Bottle. bronze/orange.. Small head with grapefruit dominating with some bitterness floating around. Fairly predictable but still very pleasant to drink. Up to their usual high standard.
