English malt back bone, bittered with Anglo/Euro hops in the shape of Target and Aurora, then dry hopped with the same again. American yeast to keep esters at bay, so all that fruity punch comes just from the hops. Making a clean, bitter IPA with loads of fruity hop character, the way we think it should be.
Like any good IPA this beer will cut through spicy dishes, pair well with fried or salty foods, but best enjoyed in the sun.

September 11, 2014 - on draught at Euston Tap. Slightly hazy deep gold with a creamy white smallish lasting head, left tight sticky thick lacing. It’s ... a golden ale, aye-yup - sneaky pungency in the aroma and taste, but simple and grassy, a bit alcohol-forward; dry, has a hint of some tartness, like unripe red currrant - mostly floral with some citrus; solid body, very airy, a slightly more than medium bitter dry grassy finish, some acidity in the finish. Unlike the Moor Raw which preceeded it, this is not one I could drink a lot of.

Cask at Euston Tap. Hazy golden orange pour with thin frothy white head. Aroma of orange, sweets (e.g. Haribo Tangfastics!), lemon sherbet with slight spice and hops. Taste is quite sweet with orange and peach with a nice dry bitter grassiness to finish. Imagine it’s even better on keg!

Bottle from Ales By Mail. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head. Aroma of mild malts and some fruity hops. Smooth yet dry mouthfeel. Taste is well balanced, some grapefruity hops at the finish, which is dry and moderate bitter.

Une très belle IPA tout en élégance avec un nez de houblon, de fleurs, de fruits frais, de levure et une bouche à la fois ronde et raffraîchissante.

Good light yellowish, dense head over lazily carbonated clear, darker golden beer. Faint spicy/herbal nose, demure. Hops slowly coming through - UK hops mainly. Bit of grain. Quite bitter taste, growing, but rather indifferent. Dry hop bales flavour, quinine. Tad grassy in the background. Medium bodied at best, gristslickness. Indifferent says it all.
