Pacific Northwest meets Pacific Southeast as the best of American and New Zealand hops meld together with just enough malt backbone to allow them to sing. A riot of mango and passion-fruit on the nose but balanced enough to drink by the bucketful. Dive in and grab another bottle but don’t get the bends.

Ingredients:
Grains: Pale, Vienna, Munich, Cara-Pils
Hops: Citra, Pacific Gem

UPDATED: NOV 30, 2014 Keg at the Firefly, Worcester, Saturday 29th November 2014. Very thick in mouth almost a hoppy syrup feel, wonderful. Pours dark gold with a white filmy head. Sweet, hoppy but superb. I was convinced I’d had this before, I guess I just forgot to rate it. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Thanks a million to bobinlondon for the bottle!! Pours a hazy gold color with a thick creamy head. The smell is tart tropical fruit, citrus, some malt supporting it. The taste is as it smells with some biscuit ending with dry citrus. The body is light+ with fine carbonation.
