COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Keg & Bottle Conditioned; Regular.

Pacific Northwest meets Pacific Southeast as the best of American and New Zealand hops meld together with just enough malt backbone to allow them to sing. A riot of mango and passion-fruit on the nose but balanced enough to drink by the bucketful. Dive in and grab another bottle but don’t get the bends.

Bottle. Batch 0040, bottled nov13, best nov14. Hazy golden colour with small white head. Sweet Tropical fruits, malt and hops (citra) on aroma. Grassy taste with some tropical sweetness and hops. Light body and carbonation and bit watery mouthfeel. Short and light, dry aftertaste. Good tasting, refreshing APA, but bit too light for me.

Cask at the Gallows Bird, Espoo, Finland. Clear golden colour with a small greyish white head. Sweet fruits, exotic fruits, mild diacetyl lurking there somewhere, pepper and some malt in the aroma. The flavour is very tasty. Mango, hoppy bitterness, some spices, malt and more fruits. Tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
