Pacific Northwest meets Pacific Southeast as the best of American and New Zealand hops meld together with just enough malt backbone to allow them to sing. A riot of mango and passion-fruit on the nose but balanced enough to drink by the bucketful. Dive in and grab another bottle but donít get the bends.

Grains: Pale, Vienna, Munich, Cara-Pils
Hops: Citra, Pacific Gem

Cask at CBC, London on 30th March 2013. Hazy gold with off-white lacing foam. Rich grassy aroma. Richly hoppy in-mouth with grass, grapefruit and lemongrass. Sharpened citric finish with slight savoury nutty touch. Exquisite, delicate mouthfeel. Iím having another one of these!

Bottle Rehills Newcastle. Peach & kiwi aroma, gorgeous soft, semi sweet peaches and cream palate. This is way too easy to drink, has a lovely satsuma taste in the finish and us one of my favourites of this year so far. Well worth seeking out.

Bottle to tulip at home. Pours light copper with nice, dense head. Good lacing. Awesome nose - Mango, pineapple and... Yeah. Mango, itís really nice. Some flowery and fruity notes as well, good composition. Fruity taste (grapefruit, the bitter part) followed by minimal sweetness and with short bitterness in the end. Very drinkable with light body and dry, hoppy finish. Low carbonation. Itís really good.

Bottle. Golden with a small head. Fruity and hoppy with a lot of bodyfor its relatively low strength. Just proves that a beer hasnít got to have a double digit strength to be good. This is good-full stop.

Bottle. Good looking beer - rich amber with a well proportioned, tight, bubbly white head. The grassy, floral aroma is very subdued, but the flavour is top of the tower - caramel, nice sweet tropical fruit, punchy hops and perhaps even some bath salts. Sparkly carbonation give this a lovely feel. Another round!

On tap at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Some citrus hops on the nose with a bit of orange and tangerine in particular. Light to medium sweet with basic pale malt sugars, further citrusy hops, light lemon. Light to medium bodied with fine, good carbonation. Mostly clean to finish with slight resiny hops, ripe orange and tangerine. Awesome stuff. Very drinkable.

500ml bottle from Rehillís. Hazy deep amber with a moderate white head. Fruity, lightly floral aroma. Flavour is quite sweet to begin, honey and pine and grape, followed by citrus, grass and orange zest. Topped off by a moderate but lingering bitter finish. Really well balanced. Delicious.

Bottle, a really refreshing and delightfully tasty pale ale (trans pacific), good fruity undercurrent to the hoppiness, a lovely beer
