zenkis (567) - Ogre, LATVIA - OCT 18, 2012
Aroma - far way tones of grass, later seems like corn. Appearance - foam is vanishing super quick but color tends to be cloudy yellow to orange. Taste is big question - all aspects the same in non intensive manner, so big nothing. Although - not unpleasant. Middle body, bit oily. One is enough for all life :)

Bottle 33cl. Lack of flavor from my point of view. Very light beer. Great foam that lasts long enough. For a spanish weissbier is not too bad but I insist that it should have more of body.

330ml bottle (Rimi NordeCentrum, Tallinn)
Pours a pleasantly cloudy yellow, with a large frothy head. Bit of a weird aroma, there’s definitely some hint of a wheatbeer, but there’s a strange wateriness, and almost a pale lageriness to it. Not sure what ratio of wheat they used in this, maybe it wasn’t up to authentic German levels. Tastes a lot better - it’s a nice wheaty bready body. Hops very low, as one would guess, banana minimal, citrus/coriander/clove practically non-existent. They’ve removed half of the fun stuff that goes into a wheatbeer. Rather thin, carbonation crisp. Leaves me unsated, compared to some of the full yummy hefeweizens out there, but not actually bad. Wouldn’t go out of my way to avoid this.

33cl bottle in Madrid. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with banana, wheat and citrus. Fruity and a bit sweet with a fairly dry and lightly citric finish. Nice and refreshing.
