Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, hay, light grain, moderate hoppy, fruity - pineapple hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet fruity malt, malty, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111201]

Bottled (from landbierparadies.com). Golden colour, small white foamy head that leaves some lace. Aroma is grains, sweet malts, mild metallic and rubbery notes along with some strange bittery notes. Flavour is grainy, herbal, mild rubbery notes with some harsh grassy notes. Not at all what I like in a pils. Goes quite much in the category "not bulk, but a lot of the stuff in it reminds of bulk".

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Mildly sweet pale malty and subtle grainy aroma with a good dash of aroma hops including citric and floral notes. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Soft pale malt character with herbal and slightly floral hops; dry and rather simple bitter hoppy finish. All in all a decent German Pils. 18.VI.10
