Bottle looks okay. Beer in the glass zippy, deep golden, small head. Starts mild, malty, modest sweet, notes of some sweet cookies. Malty-wheaty. Only light hoppy background. Finish mild, still sweet. Okay.

Kohlrabi, Weisskohl, Kohlsuppe. Heftiges Zeug.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Pours out in a light golden colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of vegetables, wheat and bread. Awful taste and palate of kohlrabi. Some light grainy hints and vegetable juice. Not enjoyable.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig bitter, getreidig, grasig.

Pours clear gold with a fine sized sustained head. The aroma is quite grainy and mildly bitter. Sweet and grasy flavour, again with a little hop bitterness.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.

Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, hay, light grain, moderate hoppy, fruity - pineapple hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet fruity malt, malty, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111201]

Bottled (from landbierparadies.com). Golden colour, small white foamy head that leaves some lace. Aroma is grains, sweet malts, mild metallic and rubbery notes along with some strange bittery notes. Flavour is grainy, herbal, mild rubbery notes with some harsh grassy notes. Not at all what I like in a pils. Goes quite much in the category "not bulk, but a lot of the stuff in it reminds of bulk".

Bottle (labelled Minnesänger Wolfram von Eschenbach). Barley malt and strong grass/hay hops aroma. Pale yellow color with moderate head and effervescence. Lightly sweet malt and moderately bitter hay hops flavor. Okay but flavor pretty light).
