Bottle, 5.1%. Rough malt aroma, not grainy, though. Almost clear dark amber colour. Big stable off-white head. The flavour is malty and dusty at first, a little sweetish also. Later it turns slightly perfumy with more of the rough, but not grainy, maltiness.

Appearance: Deep and clear golden color. Fluffy white head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Definite nutty notes with slightly toasted, caramel sweetness. A bit hop spiciness.
Flavor: Good bready and nutty-malty base with slight metallic hints. Some flowery hop character at the end.
Mouthfeel/Palate: Medium body. Soft to average carbonation. Smooth texture.
Overall Impression: Good malty base with restrained toasted character. Not bad.

Bottled 50cl. 5.1 ABV. It pours a beautiful clear amber beer with a nicely lasting head. Very impressive frutiy aroma of papaya, crackers, cinnamon, faint smoke, leather, apricot and strawberry. Smooth and delicious taste. The lovely edlerberry and papaya notes are really well integrated in the biscuity malt profile. Very faintly smoky. Low bitterness. Subtle carbonation. Light to medium bodied, not really "vollmundig" as indicated but surely respecting the "Stammwürze-Garantie" as shown on the label. Good lacework. Smoky malty finish. Underrated in my opinion. A great buy.

Bottle. The aroma is light sweet and malty, nice smell. The head is rather large, light beige and creamy with a short duration. The body is dark orange. The taste is rather light, light bitter and metallic with a touch of citrus. The body is light, dry and light metallic with a soft carbonation.

0,5 l bottle, bought at Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest.
Poured deep golden with a nice foamy lacing off white head. Bready malt with some caramel, a bit of straw and grassy hop. Malt based flavor with bready character and a strong bit of flowery-grassy hop. A littlebit unbalanced one.

It’s slightly hazy, orange-golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma is quite full and malty with notes of grain, malt, caramel and light fruit. The flavor has a light, soft sweetness and notes of newly harvested grain, malt, caramel and mellow fruit and the finish is slightly dry and citrussy. It’s incredibly soft, almost wheat like, very delicious.

50cl bottle, label as pictured. Pours a deep, clear orange golden with a small, light beige head. Minimal retention, very little lacing. Aroma is malty, with a slight floral note of hops. Wee hint of citrus. Medium-bodied märzen with moderate carbonation; ok, thicker-than-usual mouth feel. Taste, again, is dominated by slightly sweet malt. Ample bitterness in the middle and finish, with dry, hoppy after taste. Wee heavy stuff for a beer with just 5.1 % abv. Still, rather refreshing, characterful (though not fruity) and sessionable. A good "kellerbier".

Bottled from a Nuernberg gas station. Dark amber color, white head. Malty aroma, sweet sour flavour with caramel. With some more body it would be perfect.

Pours deep mahogany into a stein. Off-white head quickly recedes to hug rim. Stale malt aromas. Flat and malty.

500ml Bottle (Õllesummer 2009, Tallinn) - Amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with hints of fruit. Fruity, hoppy and malty taste with some hints of tea. Very refreshing and easy to drink.
